貼片電阻器可分為：超精密 (AR)、薄膜超精密 (PR)、精密 (FCR)、貼片排阻 (RCA) 和貼片網絡電阻 (RCN)。

AR，PR，FCR，RCA，RCN 系列是在真空中鍍上一層合金電阻膜於陶瓷基板上，加玻璃材保護層及三層電鍍而成，可靠度高，外觀尺寸均勻，精確且具有溫度系數與阻值公差小的特性。
